The Return and Exchange policy of BD family Mart is planned with the sense of requirement of general people. No hidden terms and conditions applied for our policy. According to this policy, if you want to return or exchange any item purchased from BD family Mart, then you must take action within 1 days of the receipt. After 2 days back it is not possible to return back your goods. If your purchasing goods is not of accurate size or the item is defective, you can take our exchange policy. In that case the new item will be delivered at your hand free of cost whereas it depends on the availability of the item in our stock. Outside Dhaka ( 4 Days).
